In-Salon Coaching

In-Salon Coaching is the most effective way to work.
This highly customizable coaching involves the entire team (owner, management, employees).
These are a few of the aspects we will be focusing on: customer service, skills, organization, communication, sales, advice, ...
In preparation to the coaching, there will be a live/skype/phone interview with the management and/or owner to discuss needs and expectations .
As follow-up there will be a full report with observations and working points.

Trajectory:
1. Pre-coaching interview with owner/management (1 hour)
2. In-salon coaching (1 working day)
3. Post-coaching discussion (1 hour)
4. Report with observations and working points
5. Optional: follow-up
